What we keep to ourselves

This site is a catalogue, and a catalogue does not need to know you. There are no accounts to open, no carts to save, no forms demanding a birthday. You can read every page anonymously and most visitors do.

What does exist: ordinary visit counts — which pages get read, roughly how many times — kept in aggregate so we know which shelves earn their space. Nothing in those counts names you.

The personal part of a personalized gift — the names, dates and photos you submit with an order — never touches this site at all. It is entered on our retail partner’s order pages and lives under the partner’s privacy terms, which are linked from every one of their pages.

If you write to us by mail, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs and use the address for nothing else. No lists, no newsletters you did not ask for.
