Asked before ordering

Where do I type the name?

On the order page itself. Every buying button on this site opens the exact listing at our retail partner’s storefront, and the personalization fields — name, date, photo upload — are right there before the piece goes in the cart.

Will I see a proof before it prints?

For most designs the preview on the order page is the proof: what it shows is what the press sets. Listings that include a separate proof step say so on their own page.

What happens if I mistype?

The press prints what it is given, letter for letter. Caught early, the partner’s order page may let you amend; once a piece is cut, a typed typo usually stands. Read the line twice — it takes ten seconds and saves the whole gift.

Can an order be hurried?

The delivery estimate on the order page already assumes the press working at its normal pace, and we would rather be honest than fast: we do not promise dates the estimate does not.

What happens to the photo I upload?

It goes to the press for your piece and is handled under the retail partner’s privacy terms — the upload happens on their pages, not ours. Our own habits with information are on What we keep to ourselves.

Is there a shop to visit?

No. The address you see in the footer is a studio mailbox at Circle Centre in Indianapolis — a place letters land, not a place gifts sit on shelves.
