Ordering engraved pens for a whole team
Bulk pens are the least romantic thing we engrave and the thing we engrave most. Done lazily they are landfill with a logo. Done right they are the one piece of conference swag that survives the trip home. The difference is a handful of decisions made before ordering.
Why engraving, not printing
A printed logo on a pen barrel starts wearing off in the first pocket it rides in. Our laser engraving cuts the mark into the aluminum itself, so it stays crisp for the life of the pen. If your logo is your brand, that is not a detail.
The engraving takes logos, company names, taglines or a personal name per pen. Simple, high-contrast marks reproduce best; a logo with fine gradients is better reduced to its lettering.
Choosing colorways with intent
Dark blue is the corporate default and earns it: it reads serious on any desk. Dark green suits firms that dress quietly, law, medicine, family businesses. Wine red and sapphire are the barrels people notice and keep, which makes them the trade show picks. The mixed pack exists for teams that want one logo over several colors, or for color-coding departments.
Every barrel in our line is weighted aluminum with a stylus tip, so the choice is genuinely just color. Pick for the room the pens will live in.
How many, and for what
Onboarding kits, client desks and conference tables each eat pens at different rates. The hundred-piece case with 6D engraving and the bolder 1.3mm point is our workhorse for booths, where a pen gets handed over with a form and needs to write instantly for whoever grabs it.
Smaller runs make sense for executive gifts and client appreciation, where the pen arrives alone and has to carry the gesture by itself. Same engraving, different job.
